Our History
AAA Hotel Management Company was Founded in 2007 by Neal and Rena Patel. We started with an Independent property in Marksville, LA, and had a vision for the future of the company when managing our first family owned hotel in 1997. Moving into the franchised properties in 2002, our vision was to operate a growing hospitality ownership and management company. Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, we currently manage 6 properties with a 7th due to open in January 2015 and another currently under development. We have provided hands on ownership and leadership over the last 16 years.
